Who We Are

 Able Minds Academy was founded by Gharam Elsayed, an experienced educator and passionate advocate for inclusive education. As both a teacher and a mother of three children with unique learning profiles, Gharam understands the importance of practical, personalized support for every learner. She created Able Minds Academy to bridge the gap between research and real-world practice, equipping educators, support staff, and parents with strategies that foster inclusive, engaging, and equitable learning environments. 

 Dr. Hana Al Geilani works closely with Able Minds Academy to bring a vital mental health and neurodiversity perspective to our work in inclusive education. With her expertise in psychiatry and a deep understanding of how emotional wellbeing and neurological differences impact learning, Dr. Hana supports our mission to create environments where every learner can thrive. She champions the importance of recognising and supporting neurodiverse learners, promoting resilience, self-discovery, and inclusive practice across school communities. Her advocacy reinforces our belief that empowering minds begins with understanding, acceptance, and celebrating diversity. 

 Our team is made up of experienced consultants and certified mental health professionals with diverse backgrounds in education, inclusion, psychology, and leadership. Together, we bring a rich blend of practical knowledge, research-based strategies, and cross-sector expertise to every school community we support. Whether working with educators, parents, or leadership teams, we are committed to delivering high-quality, impactful guidance tailored to the real-world needs of inclusive education.
